Product Introduction
This product is a recombinantly expressed RNase inhibitor in lyophilized form RNase Inhibitor, can specifically form a complex with RNase in a non-covalent bond to inactivate RNase A, RNase B, RNase C without inhibiting RNase H, S1 nuclease, SP6, T7 or T3 RNA polymerase, AMV or M-MLV reverse transcriptase, Taq DNA polymerase, RNase T1 and other enzymes will not affect the subsequent reverse transcription and translation process. Widely used in RNA research, such as RT-PCR, cDNA synthesis, mRNA protection, in vitro transcription and translation, in situ hybridization and mRNA localization, etc.
Activity Definition
The definition of 1 unit (U) of enzymatic activity is the incorporation of 10 nmol of deoxynucleotides into acid-insoluble material from activated coho salmon sperm DNA used as template/primer in a reaction at 74℃ for 30 minutes.
Purity
1. 300U of RNase Inhibitor and 1μg of λDNA-Hind Ⅲ decomposition were reacted at 37 ℃ for 1 hour, and the electrophoresis band of DNA did not change.
2. 300U of RNase Inhibitor and 1μg of Supercoil pBR322 DNA decomposition were reacted at 37 ℃ for 1 hour, and the electrophoresis band of DNA did not change.
3. 100U of RNase Inhibitor and 1μg of 16S, 23S rRNA decomposition were reacted at 37 ℃ for 1 hour, and the electrophoresis band of DNA did not change.
Note
The prepared RNase Inhibitor can be stored at 4 ℃ for one month. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing, so as not to affect its activity. After reconstitution, it can be stored at -20 ℃ or below for 2 years.
