Introduction

Ø This kit is optimized for the traditional alkaline lysis method, and high-quality plasmid DNA can be obtained within 8 min. The optimized lysate allows the spin column to specifically bind DNA in solution under high salt conditions. The silicon matrix material used in the centrifugal adsorption column is a new material of our company, which is highly efficient and specifically adsorbs DNA. The following operation steps are suitable for extracting 1-4 mL overnight cultured E. coli. The extraction yield and quality of plasmids are related to the type of host bacteria and culture conditions, cell lysis, plasmid copy number, stability of plasmids, antibiotics and other factors.
